Pigeon Hunt Competition

Proud of the skills of the ancestors and the heritage of the United Arab Emirates, which is rich in many skills of using the falcon in hunting. The Liwa International Festival is hosting, for the sixth year in a row, the Hadad Al-Hamam Championship, which is a competition between falconers to hunt pigeons with falcons. It relies on the speed of the bird and its insight into determining where and how to pounce on the prey.
